Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.  Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God.  Your playing small doesn't serve the world.

There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We ae born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

My art career began in high school as the Editorial Cartoonist for Castle Park High's Trojan Trumpet. From there, I worked as Editorial Cartoonist for Southwestern College's The Sun, SDSU's Daily Aztec, and The San Diego Business Journal. I taught art throughout San Diego Unified at O'Farrell, Hoover High, and Wilson Academy. I earned my B.A. in Art Education at SDSU in 1993. I taught art at both locations for the Chula Vista Boys & Girls Club from 1995-1998, as well at Bell Jr. High (through the YMCA 6to6 Program). I ran the in-house art studio at Amazing Comics of Chula Vista from 2000 to 2007. Currently fine-tuning new graphic novel and teaching on-line at YouTube channel: DocComicsisin!
